When the Heat Turns Up

Today’s Daily Dose reminds us that fire does not define God’s people. What was meant to destroy can become a place of refinement. As you read, reflect on how God may still be working in your current season.

What was meant to destroy Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego became the place where God revealed His glory. The fire did not define them. God did.

You may still be in the fire today. The pressure may still be present. The answers may still be delayed. But the fire does not get the final word.

God is still writing your story, and He can use this season to refine your faith rather than ruin it.

Lord, use every fire I face to refine my faith and reveal Your glory. I trust You with my story.

This season does not define you. God does. Walk forward today with hope, trusting that He will have the final word in your life. Tomorrow, we’ll close the week by reflecting on what it means to keep standing strong after the fire.
