Welcome to our brand new 8 week series Faith That Endures The Fire! We will be focusing on the book of Daniel 3:16–18 where we will develop faith that stands strong in the midst of trials and tests.
You know, every believer loves the idea of faith.
We love talking about it, singing about it, quoting it, and declaring it.
But real faith — enduring faith — is not revealed when life is easy.
It’s revealed when life catches fire.
The truth is this:
Faith doesn’t grow in comfort. Faith grows in conflict.
Faith isn’t strengthened in safety — it’s strengthened in struggle.
Faith is not proven when everything is going your way — it’s proven when nothing is.
And if there’s anything we learn from Daniel chapter 3, it’s this:
Sometimes God delivers you from the fire…
but sometimes He delivers you in the fire.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego didn’t develop furnace faith overnight.
They didn’t get there because they were strong young men —
they got there because they were anchored in a strong God.
When the world bowed, they stood.
When the king threatened, they trusted.
When the fire burned, their faith endured.
This series, “Faith That Endures the Fire,” is all about developing the kind of faith that can stand when the pressure rises…
faith that trusts God’s power, submits to God’s will, and stands firm in obedience…
faith that doesn’t bend to culture, doesn’t bow to idols, and doesn’t break under heat.
This series is not about avoiding the fire —
it’s about finding God in the fire.
